Following on from Question 1, we are identifying our Causes and Concerns.

What do we mean by Causes and Concerns?

Causes and Concerns = issues in wider society unconnected with your strategic mission or operational Priorities.

Concerns = negative situations or problems or concerns in your sector or society that you want to correct and / or improve.

Causes = socially useful activities that create positive benefit (Recognising that not all activities that you may wish to support will be to tackle negative issues).

So what are the questions that we have to think about?

We need to identify our Causes and Concerns so that we can develop our Values in this context.

What will ValueBox do with this information?

Once identified, ValueBox will carry your Purpose onto the next stage of the assessment, to support the identification and / or assurance of your Values.
