What is the next step in ValueBox?

We are now at the final stage in the ValueBox process. Based on the understanding you have gained as a result of the assurance process, you will rank the Values and this ranking will be compared to the selections that you have made in your previous answers. This comparison will inform the collation of your Baseline Values in the Values Assurance Report that will be prepared by ValueBox at the end of this stage.

What do we mean by Baseline Values?

These are the Values which will be identified as important at the end of the assurance process by ValueBox.

Why are these are important?

Your Baseline Values that will be tested by the development of your Values Strategy development in the next stage of the process becoming 'Values Focused'.

So what are the questions that we have to think about?

Now that you have completed the ValueBox process, review the Values and assess their importance to you, which will then rank them in order of importance.

What will ValueBox do with this information?

ValueBox will now plot your answers into a Values Assurance Report and if you have selected 'Assessment Mode' will provide feedback on the answers that you have provided.
