CONSULTATION

What is the next step in ValueBox?

The next step is for us to consider any actions that you have taken to consult with your Stakeholders.

?

What do we mean by Stakeholders?

Stakeholders are people or organisations that may be affected by your activities, including how your activities are performed and the results that you achieve.

Why is it important to identify our Stakeholders?

By consulting with your Stakeholders you learn 'what matters most' to them.

As when you know what is important to others you can explore how you can create your Values to respect what matters most. You can then focus your activities on creating the benefits which matter most, so maximising your impact.

So what are the questions that we have to think about?

Whether you have carried out any consultation and if so, whether this was about setting your Purpose, Priorities, Causes and Concerns and who you spoke to about this.

What will ValueBox do with this information?

ValueBox will carry forward this information for you to review as part of the final stage of the assurance process. It will be mapped against the other answers that you have provided to identify which are likely to be the most important Values to you.
